Today my little country girl went strawberry picking
in Pungo. We went to the farm and got
strawberries with Gammy. Annaliese
enjoyed taking it all in and did pick a few strawberries as well as dump the
picked strawberries out of the baskets a time or two! The strawberry hat that she wore was mine
when I was little. I wore it when I was
in the Strawberry Festival Parade.
Annaliese sounds so country with the things she says. She says she needs, "heeellp," and
wants "sompin eeellse." I
don't where she gets that country twang but it sure sounds cute. Later we went to Gammy's for dinner and
homemade strawberry ice cream!
