Today we took Quila to the vet and Annaliese got to
talk with Poppy. Poppy is Dr. McKinney's
parrot that talks. The secretaries
always tell us that Poppy doesn't really like kids but every time we go there
Poppy always says "hello" to Annaliese several times. Annaliese is just amazed by this and today
she got to see him eating corn on the cob!
After the vet we attempted to go to a new park but it rained about 10
minutes after we got there so we had to leave.
Annaliese tested out the rock wall there before we had to leave
though! Later we went to my dad's house
to feed his cat and then to Jordon's baseball game. Annaliese saw some girls at the game and went
right up to them and wanted to play. She
kept asking them, "what's your name?"
She's good at starting to initiate play!
